We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead and scale one of our core domains and play a central role in shaping the future of Cato’s security services.
In this role, you will define the product vision and strategy, lead and grow a team of product managers, and partner closely with executive leadership, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to deliver innovative security capabilities at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core security domain within Cato’s platform, aligned with company-wide strategic objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.

• Translate long-term business goals into clear product strategy and actionable execution plans across multiple stakeholders.

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution — from ideation and requirements through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Engage directly with enterprise customers and strategic partners to validate market needs, ensure product-market fit, and influence roadmap direction.

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and differentiation.

• Analyze production usage, customer feedback, and performance metrics to guide prioritization and ongoing optimization.

• Act as a subject-matter authority for your domain, presenting product strategy and capabilities to executives, customers, partners, and field teams.

• Work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment with R&D, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B security software companies.

• 2+ years of experience in a managerial product role (Director / Group PM / Senior PM leading PMs).

• Deep expertise in network, endpoint, and cloud security domains.

• Strong technical background (software development, security research, security engineering, product ownership, professional services, or senior support engineering).

• Proven ability to lead product teams, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational execution.

• High level of UX understanding and experience working closely with design teams.

• Experience with SASE / SSE / security cloud services — a strong advantage.
