Director of Product Enablement

About the Role

We’re seeking a Director of Product Enablement to establish and lead our offshore product operations and analytics function from India. This role is a player-coach – ideal for someone eager to roll up their sleeves to execute hands-on analytical, operational, and process work while building and scaling a high-performing team over time.

You’ll play a critical role in scaling Everbright’s technology platform globally. Working closely with our US-based Product and Design teams, you’ll turn data into insight, insight into action, and action into improved product experiences. From defining the right metrics and building dashboards to testing workflows and managing sprints, you’ll help shape the infrastructure that powers our platform for mental healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the Product Enablement function, initially as an individual contributor, and progressively by hiring and developing a local team.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between Product, Design, and Operations to ensure Everbright’s platform evolves based on data, quality, and execution excellence.
• Conduct deep data analysis and storytelling to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities that inform product decisions.
• Design and manage dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting using SQL, Excel, BigQuery, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar BI tools.
• Lead QA and workflow testing to ensure product releases meet high standards of quality and usability.
• Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking for multiple product workstreams.
• Partner with Product and Design on A/B test design, execution, and evaluation to optimize user experience and impact.
• Build scalable systems, documentation, and processes that enable efficient offshore collaboration and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 7 - 8+ years of experience in product operations, enablement, analytics, or program management, ideally in healthcare or high-growth startups.
• Hands-on experience partnering directly with Product and Design teams to drive decisions through data.
• Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling using SQL and BI/reporting tools (BigQuery, Looker, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Experience in QA testing, project/sprint management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communicator - able to translate technical findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing or collaborating with onshore/offshore hybrid teams.
• Creative, adaptable, and mission-driven, with a passion for improving access to mental healthcare.
