Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Movenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Movenpick’s rich culinary legacy. The resorts is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 408 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces. Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kids Club.
•Exemplify and lead the Company Service and Brand Culture initiatives.
•Align and execute People & Culture activities to Employee Value Proposition and Strategic plan.
•Collaborate with corporate People & Culture function on key programs/initiatives.
•Promote positive employee relations, overall employee experience, and drive employee engagement through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
•Lead labor relations initiatives
•Global premium hotel experience
•Over 5 years’ experience in a senior People & Culture/Human Resources role 
•Passionate about promoting company values and creating programming that supports a positive workplace culture
•Data analysis and problem-solving skills
•Effective communication and leadership skills across departments
•English proficiency
•Solid understanding of employment laws
•Indonesian nationality only (necessary)
