Pullman Jakarta Central Park is a flagship Hotel with 317 Rooms with the biggest Pillarless Ballroom in town, located to the Vibrant Podomoro City area, connected to Central Park Mall, at west of Jakarta.

•Exemplify and lead the Company Service and Brand Culture initiatives.
•Align and execute People & Culture activities to Employee Value Proposition and Strategic plan.
•Collaborate with corporate People & Culture function on key programs/initiatives.
•Promote positive employee relations, overall employee experience, and drive employee engagement through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
•Lead labor relations initiatives
•Global premium hotel experience
•Over 5 years’ experience in a senior People & Culture/Human Resources role 
•Passionate about promoting company values and creating programming that supports a positive workplace culture
•Data analysis and problem-solving skills
•Effective communication and leadership skills across departments
•English proficiency
•Solid understanding of employment laws
•Indonesian nationality only (necessary)
Prior experience in Hospitality is necessary
You will lead the People & Culture strategy, establishing clear departmental accountabilities across:
