• Assess how work is flowing across teams and identify opportunities to improve clarity, reduce friction, and increase output.
• Help teams build scalable, repeatable ways of working that support quality and service commitments.
• Establish and monitor operational signals (capacity, volume, service levels, constraints) that inform decision-making.
• Support teams in balancing daily work with learning and improvement
Implementation & Delivery
• Turn company priorities into clear plans with ownership, timelines, and expectations.
• Lead or oversee cross-team initiatives to ensure work moves from idea to delivery.
• Keep initiatives aligned with Daycos priorities and adjust course when constraints or new information emerge.
• Identify risks, dependencies, or misalignment early and help teams navigate them.
Company Resourcing & Capacity
• Continuously review team capacity and workload across the organization.
• Partner with others to ensure we are focused on the highest-impact work.
• Help make resourcing decisions, including when to shift priorities, pause work, or invest additional capacity.
• Support role evolution and team design as Daycos grows and priorities change.
Skills & Experience We Value
• Experience leading operations, delivery, or complex initiatives in a growing organization, with a strong ability to move from strategy to action.
• Proven ability to partner with the COO and other leaders as a thought partner on organizational health, capacity, constraints, and opportunities.
• Comfort working across teams to align priorities, capacity, and execution, and to navigate competing demands.
• Ability to assess capacity and constraints—not just timelines—and help teams make thoughtful tradeoffs.
• Clear communicator who creates clarity in moments of ambiguity and helps the organization move faster without creating unnecessary complexity.
• Models reflection, ownership, and a “how might we” approach to problem-solving.
