Oversee daily operations of Parts, After-Sales, Assembly/Warehouse, Logistics & Inventory, and Order Processing departments.
Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Establish and track KPIs for each department, driving achievement of company goals.
Supervise and optimize the use of ERP/WMS systems, ensuring timely and accurate data.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to enhance overall efficiency.
Lead initiatives to improve processes, control costs, optimize inventory turnover, and enhance delivery performance.
Handle operational emergencies and resolve issues promptly to ensure stability in the supply chain and order fulfillment.
Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Build, train, and manage teams, fostering talent development and succession planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum of 5 years in operations management, with at least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Solid experience in managing Parts, After-Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Order Processing functions.
Proficiency in ERP systems; NetSuite experience is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret operational reports.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-department coordination skills.
Proven experience in building, training, and managing teams.
Results-oriented with strong accountability and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to unexpected issues.
Familiarity with import/export and trade compliance is a plus (for cross-border operations).
Mandarin Chinese proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000-$140,000 / year
