Position: Director of Mission Critical
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for overseeing critical infrastructure in a data center.- Supervise and ensure the efficient operation of all mission-critical systems, including power, cooling, and security.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and reliability of data center infrastructure.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mission-critical goals with overall business objectives.- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades or modifications.- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to mission-critical facilities.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Director of Facilities Role, Facilities Manager Role, Construction Management Role, or a similar position.- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or Business Management, or equivalent work experience.- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in managing and maintaining mission-critical infrastructure.- Strong knowledge of data center operations, including power distribution, HVAC systems, and security protocols.- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
