The Role
Growth at bitaksi is not a department. It is the business itself.

As Growth Director, you will:

Own the entire growth agenda end-to-end — strategy, execution, budget, and results

Lead full-funnel growth management across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and engagement, while driving performance marketing initiatives

Turn data into fast, high-impact decisions

Build scalable growth strategies across the entire customer lifecycle

Drive all base management, growth, and campaign initiatives through a rigorous commercial lens, using ROI, CAC, LTV, payback periods, and cohort performance to prioritize investments, optimize efficiency, and maximize long-term customer value

Work closely with Product, Data, Operations, and Leadership teams to unlock sustainable growth

Lead and grow a high-performing team

Navigate complexity in a highly regulated environment

Balance execution speed with long-term thinking

Work directly with the CEO, with full ownership and real impact

You Likely

Have 8+ years of experience in growth, strategy, product, consulting, or related fields

Experience in fast-paced, digital-first environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A track record of driving measurable business growth

Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
