Job Title: Director of Fundraising
Salary: £75,000 to £80,000
Hours: 36 hours per week
Location: North West London (NW9)
Kisharon Langdon UK has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Fundraising to join their growing team in North West London.
Kisharon Langdon is a charity offering a wide range of services to support people with learning disabilities and autistic people, and their families. The Role;
The Director of Fundraising will lead the fundraising team; and develop key stakeholder relationships.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing the operational fundraising strategy, strengthening current programmes and developing new revenue opportunities to meet agreed KPI’s and specific portfolio targets to drive voluntary income growth. The postholder will also prepare regular management reports for the CEO and Board.
Key Responsibilities;
To lead develop, motivate and manage the fundraising team across different fundraising portfolios.
To develop the quality and profile of fundraising, building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, in particular trustees, benefactors, patrons and other key donors, families of members/people we support and future partners.
To develop and implement a fundraising strategy along with supporting departmental KPIs.
To grow and develop innovative and effective ways to raise funds, including corporate and trusts giving, legacy funding, major donor and the community campaign, and digital fundraising to increase and diversify the organisation’s income.
To be responsible for setting and achieving the annual fundraising budgets.
About You;
Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
A successful track record of leadership and line management at a senior level within an organisation of comparable scope, size and complexity.
Demonstrable evidence of previous successful fundraising and target achievement in the charitable sector.
Demonstrably numerate and analytical, with strong experience in financial and budget management.
Past success in developing and implementing strategy/business planning and increasing organisational income.
Successful record in the organisation or management of major events and activities.
