• Lead overall financial strategy and planning
• Analyze financial performance and support cost control and revenue optimization
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage accounting operations and financial controls
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and cost management
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws
• Support executive decision-making with financial insights
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
• Optimise and develop systems to improve efficiency and information. 
• Partner with department heads for financial planning and decision-making
• Lead, guide, and develop the finance team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking ability
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
