• Captain your fleet of Emergency departments including our mighty Main ED (21-bed mothership serving 100-120 daily heroes), Haslet FSED (12-bed star station helping 22 daily warriors), and Saginaw FSED (your seasonal powerhouse serving 60-100 daily champions)!

🚀 Strategic Excellence

• Be the mastermind behind epic strategies that'll blast patient experience to the stars
• Lead your crew of ~75 healthcare heroes to new heights of excellence
• Keep our ship sailing smoothly through the waters of CMS/TJC compliance

Ready to Lead Our ER Superheroes? Here's What You'll Bring to the Table! 🏥

As our Emergency Services Director, you'll be the captain of our amazing ER team, ensuring top-notch patient care while keeping all our emergency operations running smoothly!

Your Superhero Qualifications:

• Your Cape of Experience: 3+ years of rockstar ED director experience in acute care! (Even awesome managers with director-level powers will be considered - just show us your metrics magic!)
• Your Knowledge Shield: A Bachelor's degree in nursing (That's your basic armor!)
• Your Power-Up Potential: A Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Preferred but not required to save lives!)

Your Special Powers (AKA Required Certifications):

• Your Hero License: Current RN license in your state of practice (Non-negotiable - gotta play by the rules!)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) ✓
