We’re looking for a Director of CRM who will architect a sophisticated customer lifecycle engine designed to maximize long-term value across our global user base. Your mission is to transform raw behavioral data into personalized, high-impact engagement strategies that turn casual users into loyal brand advocates.
What You'll Do 🎯
• Engineer automated lifecycle journeys that move users seamlessly from acquisition to long-term retention using advanced predictive triggers and multi-channel sequencing.
• Architect the CRM data schema in collaboration with Data Engineering to ensure real-time synchronization between our internal event tracking and external communication tools.
• Scale global retention KPIs—specifically Day-30 and Day-90 retention—by deploying aggressive A/B testing frameworks across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App messaging.
• Partner with Senior PMs and the Head of UA to bridge the gap between initial install and long-term monetization, ensuring a unified "Rewarded" experience throughout the user journey.
What You'll Bring 💡
• Experience in high-volume B2C engagement, specifically within AdTech, Gaming, or Rewarded User Acquisition environments where micro-conversions are critical.
• Mastery of Omnichannel Orchestration Platforms (e.g., Braze, Itable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) including the ability to build complex Liquid logic and API-triggered campaigns.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization, allowing you to independently query user behavior and build performance dashboards without constant Analyst support.
• Proven track record of managing deliverability at massive scale, ensuring high-intent messaging bypasses spam filters and reaches millions of daily active users.
• Bonus: Direct experience with Web3/Blockchain wallet-based notifications or deep knowledge of SKAdNetwork/ATT impact on retention attribution.
