About the Role
As the Director of College Counselling (DCC), you will lead and inspire our college counseling team, shaping a transformative experience for scholars in grades 9 to 12. With a deep understanding of global university admissions practices, including those specific to China, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with admissions officers and represent Huayao Collegiate with passion and conviction. Your strategic leadership will ensure the development and implementation of a comprehensive counseling curriculum that adapts to the diverse needs of our students. In this collaborative role, you'll mentor staff, engage parents, and conduct recruitment events, all while analyzing data to continuously enhance program effectiveness.
