What You’ll Do:

Business Development & Growth

Identify and secure new business opportunities with public and private sector clients, you’ll be a key player in our growth.

Expand existing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence.

Client & Operational Excellence

Serve as the trusted advisor for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability—no dropped balls.

Lead, mentor, and empower project teams to deliver outstanding results under pressure.

Financial & Team Leadership

Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive profitability and accountability in land development.

Collaborate with project managers to forecast staffing needs and allocate resources effectively.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.

Work cross-functionally to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions for clients.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Professional Engineer (PE) license (highly preferred).

15+ years of civil engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership (Director or similar).

Proven track record of winning work, retaining clients, meeting/exceeding revenue targets, and leading teams through complex projects.

Financial savvy. You know how to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.

A “figure it out” mindset. You’re resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments.

Proven experience managing teams and mentoring staff 

Exceptional communication skills. You build trust with clients, inspire teams, and drive results.
