Employment Type: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends)

Annual Salary: $97,000 – $143,000/year (equivalent to $47.08–$68.62/hr)

Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case

Overview

A regional medical center in the Margate area is seeking an experienced RN Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead multi-unit operations including Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, and Pre/Post Holding. The director will oversee clinical performance, staffing, regulatory readiness, and service-line growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and clinical standards for Cath Lab, EP Lab, and related cardiovascular units.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance.

• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and service-line development.

• Maintain employee engagement, service quality, and patient satisfaction.

Required:

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN

• BSN required

• BLS and ACLS

• 3+ years Cath Lab or EP Lab clinical experience

• 2+ years leadership in cardiovascular services

• Experience overseeing multiple units

• Neuro and Interventional Radiology experience

Preferred: MSN or related graduate degree
