Job Description

BCM One is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Alliances to lead and manage the strategic relationships with two of our largest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, Microsoft and Cisco. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within these key accounts, fostering strong collaborative partnerships, and aligning joint business goals to maximize mutual success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology distribution landscape, exemplary relationship management skills, and a proven track record of expanding partner-driven revenue year over year. This is a high-impact leadership position that offers the opportunity to influence our company’s growth trajectory through strategic alliance management.

Work Locations: 

This is a hybrid or remote optional position with the ability to be based out of one of the following office locations: Grand Rapids, Michigan, Herndon, Virginia, Alpharetta, Georgia, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, or New York, New York.  This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Travel:

20-50% Annually

What You Will Do:

Develop and execute strategic alliance plans to drive revenue growth with two key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned OEM partners, ensuring strong, collaborative partnerships.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and finance to align efforts and support partner initiatives.

Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with OEM partners to maintain alignment and drive joint success.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within partner organizations to expand market reach and sales.

What You Will Need:

10+ years of experience in the alliance/partner channel

2+ years of recent experience with Microsoft and Cisco solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience managing OEM relationships to grow revenue
