Overview
HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve.
We are seeking a Director of Access/Intake to oversee clinical and managerial aspects of our Access/Intake and Engagement programs. This role ensures compliance with Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) requirements while leading program development, service integration, and staff supervision.
About the Position
As the Director of Access/Intake, you will oversee the intake, assessment, and engagement services to ensure individuals receive timely and appropriate care. You will implement strategies to enhance outreach, streamline intake procedures, and improve service coordination across the agency. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to performance standards, compliance regulations, and best practices in behavioral health services.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a "no wrong door" approach, ensuring individuals receive care regardless of their point of entry. You will also oversee risk stratification processes, track service engagement, and optimize reimbursement opportunities.
About the Program
The Access & Intake Program is the first step in connecting individuals to essential behavioral health services. It focuses on providing timely screenings, comprehensive assessments, and effective service engagement to support long-term recovery. The program integrates CCBHC standards to ensure accessibility, efficiency, and person-centered care.
Requirements
Three years of experience in staff and/or program supervision
Oklahoma licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC-MH) required
Skills
Strong leadership and program management abilities
Experience in behavioral health intake and assessment processes
Knowledge of CCBHC standards and compliance regulations
Effective communication and team collaboration skills
