Purpose: Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services, Sub Sahara Africa, the role will be accountable for leading the Client Marketing strategy and execution to support the delivery of Marketing Advisory Services in CEMAC, UEMOA & DRC. This is a pivotal role ensuring effectiveness of marketing strategy through Client partnerships, overseeing the development, delivery, and refinement of marketing programs with clients, ensuring high‑quality execution and alignment with regional and global marketing standards. This selected leader must have organizational savvy and interpersonal skills to build fast rapport and credibility. Close collaboration with both executive client stakeholders and Visa leaders is essential, as is a deep experience in Stakeholder Management, Client Engagement and Strategic & executional capabilities. This leader will have a proven track record of success in fast paced environments with demanding timelines, and will be equally comfortable interacting with “C suite” executives and junior team members. Principal Responsibilities-Key Results Area: Leadership & Program Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of client marketing activities across the cluster. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing solutions. Support in‑country teams in creating client‑facing materials, including proposals and program outlines. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring marketing programs meet client needs and industry best practices. Contribute to pitch preparation and responses to client marketing opportunities. Regional Coordination: Coordinate the annual planning cycle across the cluster and contribute to regional marketing priorities. Develop clear, concise communications and reporting for leadership on marketing program performance. Collaboration Across Functions: Work closely with cross‑functional colleagues to ensure alignment and high‑quality outcomes. Partner with teams involved in advisory, analytics, commercial, or marketing support functions as needed. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, including Digital Marketing, or 8+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA).
