About the Role
The Director will possess knowledge of the Manufacturing process consulting, Digital manufacturing and sustainability. The ideal candidate for this role should have worked in manufacturing consulting. The candidate will work on strengthening the practice capabilities, customer value creation and identifying opportunities for growth.
The Director is a key representative of the business in all aspects of client relationship development and management and people leadership.
Responsibilities
Business Leadership: Achieve the business objectives of the Practice with a sales target
Client / Project Leadership: Serving as the Engagement leader for simultaneous engagements to ensure high levels of quality, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. Becoming personally involved in engagements where necessary to mitigate risk.
People Leadership: Leading and managing multiple engagement teams providing organizational leadership, mentoring, and career development and coaching.
Required Competencies
