We are inviting applications for the role of Director – Lean Digital Transformation (CPG). This leadership position is responsible for driving the end-to-end continuous improvement and digital transformation agenda for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical at a global level.
The role requires close collaboration with COOs, portfolio leaders, and senior stakeholders, including clients. You will be accountable for delivering measurable productivity gains, improving profitability, enabling client business impact, and identifying scalable digital use cases by leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
As the vertical leader, you will also build and mentor high-performing transformation teams (Black Belts and Master Black Belts), ensure effective global resource deployment, and drive systemic change across operations.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Transformation Agenda
• Partner with COOs, senior global leaders, and portfolio owners to define and execute the Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap.
• Drive transformation initiatives aligned to productivity, profitability, and client value creation goals.
• Lead the chartering and execution of vertical-level improvement programs globally.
Operational Excellence & Productivity
• Deliver committed productivity targets and improve performance in key accounts.
• Reduce bench inefficiencies and optimize resource utilization.
• Stabilize and scale large transformation wins through effective prioritization and governance.
• De-risk operations using structured Risk Control and Best Practice frameworks.
Digital Enablement
• Identify and prioritize high-impact digital use cases across the vertical.
• Program manage Digital Twin and other digital deployments in strategic accounts.
• Drive adoption of robotics, AI, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business, service line, regional, and global leadership to execute agreed transformation priorities.
• Partner with operations teams to unlock Value-Share and Revenue Assurance opportunities.
• Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and consultative engagement.
Leadership & Capability Building
• Build, coach, and develop Lean Digital Transformation talent (Black Belts and Master Black Belts).
• Foster a culture of operational rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead in complex, matrixed environments while driving measurable impact.
Qualifications & Experience
• Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
• Strong domain experience in Finance operations within the CPG or Retail sector.
• Senior leadership experience in Lean Six Sigma, Digital Transformation, solution design, or process consulting roles with demonstrable delivery impact.
• Global exposure with a strong track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives involving robotics, AI, and automation.
• Proven success in leading large-scale client transformations in complex operating environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies with quantifiable efficiency and quality improvements.
