This is a senior position with us for the development and implementation of IT blueprints and roadmaps that provide the enterprise with a common vision of their future state architecture. You will communicate with both external (e.g. solution vendors) and internal (e.g. business GMs) parties to create future state architecture views that are aligned with the organizations strategic intent. This role will ensure that programs and projects are appropriately aligned to the blueprints and roadmaps and you will be responsible for coordinating and orchestrating architecture activity and deliverables in order to meet the demands and expectations of a specific business unit.

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Experience in leading Enterprise Architecture and solution Architecture teams within large enterprise organizations
• Experience in building an enterprise practice within large enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, as well as external groups, to develop IT solutions and roadmaps
• A wealth of experience in the IT industry with at least 5 years in practice management roles
• Experience managing the architectures for large, enterprise wide portfolios and/or multiple programs of work, including the associated stakeholder management, prioritization, and balancing of supply vs demand.
• Executive presence and experience consulting with senior business and IT stakeholders up to C-level executives
• Strong understanding of the Retail industry, Financial, Identity and Commercial Services, Government Trusted Services
• Strong consulting architecture skills. This includes a proven ability to understand business / customer needs, both stated and unstated, as well as an ability to address those needs by finding the right technology solution
• Excellent communicator, able to negotiate, collaborate and explain difficult concepts to a variety of different audiences.
• Strong understanding of future technology trends, as well as a proven ability to maintain that knowledge.
• Strong business and commercial acumen and ability to deeply understand business and commercial drivers
