The Director of Inpatient Nursing Services serves as a key member of the clinical leadership team, responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of the inpatient nursing service lines. This role provides visionary leadership, 24/7 accountability, and expert guidance to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across the inpatient nursing service lines.  Inpatient nursing service lines includes; House Supervisor, Critical Care Unit, Med/Surg Unit, Utilization Review, Case Management/Social Services, and the Dialysis program.
What is required...
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• At least five years of related clinical inpatient experience with a minimum of two of those years in a charge or leadership position
• Current CPR card (maintenance required)
• ACLS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
• PALS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
• Previous TNCC course attended or taken once within first year of hire
What is preferred...
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
• Previous experience as a member of the senior leadership team in a healthcare setting.
Wage:  Wage range currently starts at $132,000/year and goes up to $189,000/year.
Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week; Exempt
