Salary range: Rs 5000000 - Rs 6500000 (ie INR 50 - 65 LPA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the Product Implementation team to ensure clients are onboarded promptly.
• Take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to go-live, including designing and executing processes.
• Develop and lead a team that promotes efficiency and agility.
• Ensure the implementation methodologies, tools, and processes are consistent, scalable, and of high quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless hand-offs and maintain alignment.
• Monitor and communicate implementation status, timelines, risks, and escalations to senior leadership.
• Define best practices and continually enhance delivery models to expand implementation capacity without sacrificing quality.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customer leaders during implementations, offering strategic guidance and ensuring that client objectives align with delivery outcomes.

Required Skills:

• 12 to 15+ years of experience in technology services or implementation, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in healthcare technology and SaaS product implementations, with a solid understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to expand implementation capacity by creating efficient team structures that enhance throughput.
• A leadership approach that combines strategic vision with hands-on engagement, ensuring accountability throughout the team.
• Strong expertise in program management, process design, and metrics-driven delivery, consistently achieving on-time implementations.
• Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based clients and aligning availability partially with U.S. time zones.
• Capability to motivate, mentor, and develop managers and their teams while fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
