Role Overview
Vectra is seeking a Director, GTM Enablement & Performance to lead the design, development, and execution of global enablement strategies that measurably accelerate revenue performance.
This role moves beyond program execution to strategic ownership. The Director will architect scalable onboarding, certification, and field enablement frameworks aligned to company growth objectives, ensuring enablement is directly tied to win rate improvement, ramp acceleration, and platform adoption.
The ideal candidate brings executive presence, structured design thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Channel.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Enablement Architecture
• Own global enablement focused on onboarding, product launches, and sales methodology • Design scalable, role-based enablement frameworks for AEs, SEs, SDRs, and Partner teams for new and existing reps • Establish certification standards and competency benchmarks • Translate GTM strategy into structured, measurable learning programs • Align enablement initiatives with pipeline, win rate, and expansion goals
Global Program Leadership
• Lead design and delivery of enterprise onboarding journeys (30/60/90) • Oversee development of interactive learning modules and assessments • Drive high-impact SKO programming and regional field events • Partner with Sales Leadership to embed enablement into execution rhythm • Standardize methodology and competitive positioning across regions
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Serve as enablement liaison to Product Marketing for launch readiness • Influence messaging consistency across Sales and Partner organizations • Collaborate with RevOps to align enablement metrics with revenue KPIs • Partner with regional leaders to localize and scale programs globally
Measurement & Revenue Impact
• Define and track enablement KPIs (ramp, win rate, adoption, pipeline contribution) • Develop impact reporting frameworks for executive visibility • Establish feedback loops for continuous program optimization • Ensure enablement investments translate to measurable business outcomes
Qualifications
• 10–15+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement, with leadership scope • Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity organizations • Proven ability to architect global enablement frameworks • Strong instructional design foundation (ADDIE, Bloom’s, scenario-based learning) • Experience with LMS and sales enablement platforms • Executive-level facilitation skills • Demonstrated ability to influence senior sales and GTM leaders • Data-driven mindset with revenue-aligned focus
Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range provided below. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate’s location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.

$120,700—$233,300 USD
