What You Will Do

• Lead the Cross border/Import business supply chain which includes KPI management, Daily/Weekly issue resolution, SOP definition and enhancement, and last mile fulfillment

• Define and execute against import requirements by category and work with business stakeholders to manage the fulfillment of cross border customer orders for millions of selections

• Manage 3rd party import and fulfillment partners. Lead the planning and KPI management structure to drive performance to standards and targets with these partners

• Be main PIC for communicating with internal stakeholders across Coupang locations in relation to import related subjects for Taiwan

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience

• Experience on Cross Border Operation or from the courier side is highly advantageous

• Strong retail, logistics, or e-commerce background with proven ability to drive change

• Existing relationship with Taiwan Customs is preferable.

• The ideal candidate will possess a range of skill set such as leadership development, analytical skills, strong compliance knowledge, think systemically, self-motivation, deep curiosity about how things work

• Ability to prioritize work and to find a way in a complex, fast-paced environment

• Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally

• Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas

• Fluency in Chinese and strong communication in English
