Job Description

We are hiring for one of our clients in the Digital Asset payment industry in Singapore.

What You’ll Do

• Lead license applications for new countries and new product types across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

• Create licensing roadmaps that match business goals and get us to market fast.

• Choose the smartest licensing path and entity structure for each market.

• Pull together teams (legal, compliance, product, InfoSec, ops) to prepare top-quality applications and policies.

• Be the main point of contact with regulators during the whole process.

• Keep projects on track and build reusable templates for future expansions.

You Need

• 8+ years in fintech, payments, or banking with direct licensing/regulation experience.

• Solid understanding of financial licensing processes in multiple regions.

• Excellent writing and speaking skills (especially with regulators).

• Proven project-management skills in complex, global setups.

• Legal or senior compliance background is a strong plus.
