We are seeking a senior, high-impact sales leader to drive GCC (Global Capability Center) acquisition and expansion initiatives. This role is focused on identifying, originating, and closing large-scale, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals while positioning the organization as a preferred partner for global companies establishing or scaling their GCCs in India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise sales, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to engage with global CXOs to deliver strategic advisory and end-to-end solutions. This is a leadership role suited for a results-driven professional with a strong “hunter” mindset, capable of navigating complex deal structures and driving long-term business growth across industries.

Key Responsibilities
GCC Acquisition & Greenfield Opportunities
• Identify and drive new GCC setup opportunities across industries such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
• Engage with global CXOs to provide strategic advisory on India market entry, talent, and operational models
• Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle including prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
• Structure complex deals including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), assisted captive, and full captive models
Brownfield Expansion & Transformation
• Partner with existing GCCs to drive expansion, scalability, and transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to reposition GCCs from cost centers to innovation-driven hubs
• Drive adoption of digital transformation and advanced technology capabilities
Executive Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders and decision-makers
• Represent the organization in industry forums, leadership discussions, and executive engagements
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients for long-term strategic partnerships
Strategic Sales & Market Development
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire net-new enterprise clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities and ensure consistent deal flow
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 18+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales roles
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (USD 10M+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem, including setup, operations, and scaling models
• Experience in structuring and managing multi-dimensional deals involving technology, talent, and infrastructure
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including CXO-level executives
• Strong business acumen across industries such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented and proactive approach
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment
