We are seeking a seasoned fundraising leader to drive strategic revenue generation and donor engagement for a leading social impact organization. This role focuses on building sustainable funding pipelines across corporate, institutional, and individual donors, while aligning fundraising initiatives with the organization’s mission of creating meaningful impact across communities.
You will take end-to-end ownership of fundraising—from identifying opportunities and building relationships to closing partnerships and managing long-term donor engagement. The role requires a strong blend of sales expertise, relationship management, and a passion for working in the development sector.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Drive fundraising initiatives by acquiring new donors and expanding relationships with existing partners
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate donors aligned with CSR priorities
• Lead end-to-end fundraising cycles including prospecting, proposal development, pitching, and closure
• Engage with corporate organizations across sectors such as manufacturing, banking, retail, and IT to unlock CSR funding opportunities
• Develop and execute donor engagement strategies to ensure long-term partnerships and retention
• Build relationships with foundations, multinational funding agencies, and institutional donors
• Identify and pursue new fundraising channels including HNIs and individual donors
• Design and implement structured donor delight and engagement programs
• Research market trends and develop innovative fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising initiatives with program goals and impact areas
• Represent the organization in external forums, networking events, and stakeholder discussions
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 15+ years of experience in direct sales or fundraising with full ownership of the sales lifecycle
• Proven track record of achieving high-value targets (₹10–20 crore range or above)
• Strong experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, or B2B sales environments
• Deep understanding of donor management, relationship building, and account growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders including corporates, foundations, and HNIs
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and convert new funding opportunities
• Strong network within corporate or development sectors is highly advantageous
• Passion for social impact and a genuine interest in contributing to initiatives supporting underserved communities
• Educational background in Sales & Marketing, Mass Communication, Social Work, or related fields
