Director - Finance Business Partner

Qiddiya Investment Company is actively seeking a results-driven Director - Finance Business Partner to join our innovative team. In this position, you will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report actionable insights to improve business performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop financial frameworks that align with corporate strategy.
• Drive the financial evaluation of new initiatives, projects, and investments.
• Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA) is highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of relevant financial management experience, with a focus on business partnering.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence.
• Proven track record of driving business results through financial insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with finance-related software and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
