We are looking for a strategic and commercially astute Director – Feasibility to support our expansion across India & South Asia. This leadership role is central to evaluating hotel development opportunities, ensuring every project aligns with our brand standards, financial benchmarks, and long-term growth strategy.
You will work closely with senior leadership, owners, investors, and cross-functional teams to shape data-driven decisions that enable sustainable and profitable growth.
• Lead end-to-end feasibility assessments for greenfield, brownfield, conversion, and rebranding hotel projects.
• Oversee and validate detailed financial models, cash flows, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning in line with corporate guidelines.
• Assess project risks, capital structure, market dynamics, and long-term asset sustainability.
• Provide clear investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees
• Drive market and competitive intelligence for priority cities and growth corridors.
• Track macro-economic, tourism, real estate, and hospitality trends impacting development decisions.
• Support portfolio strategy, brand placement, and pipeline optimization through data driven insights
• Lead preparation of management & franchise proposals, term sheets, investment memos, and board submissions.
• Ensure alignment between commercial terms, brand standards, legal frameworks, and financial outcomes.
• Present feasibility outcomes and recommendations to internal stakeholders and global committees
• Act as a trusted financial and commercial advisor to owners, developers, and investors.
• Support development leadership during commercial negotiations by providing analytical backing on fees, returns, and deal structuring.
• Maintain owner confidence through transparent and credible feasibility assessments
• Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, Design & Technical Services, Sales & Marketing, and Loyalty teams.
• Ensure feasibility assumptions are operationally realistic and executable.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development and feasibility team members
• Ensure adherence to internal approval processes, KYC requirements, and governance standards.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation quality, and audit readiness.
• Continuously improve feasibility tools, templates, and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
• 10–12 years of experience in hotel development, hospitality consulting, real estate advisory, or investment analysis
• Strong exposure to hotel feasibility, valuations, and deal structuring
• Prior experience working with hotel owners, investors, and financial institutions
• Adaptive to organization changes and needs. Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
• Self-motivated, energetic, independent; ready to do things herself/himself, which could not be done otherwise; Self-starter and ready to go extra mile to deliver the output. Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
• Analytical ability.
• Good interpersonal & team working skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
• Good presentation and influencing skills – both lateral and vertical.
• Ability to plan in a structured manner along with team players and deliver as per agreed timelines.
• Quick understanding of problems and post detailed analysis & consultation, to come up with solutions.
