Description and Requirements
You will lead Lenovo’s end‑to‑end distribution and retail strategy across EMEA, driving profitable growth, market coverage, and partner transformation across IDG, while tightly orchestrating with ISG and SSG to deliver “One Lenovo” motions. The ideal profile combines deep EMEA channel leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a transformation mindset grounded in services, solutions, and AI‑led offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the EMEA Distribution & Retail go‑to‑market strategy aligned to global objectives.
Design scalable coverage models by country and segment (broadline, value‑add, e‑tail, retail, buying groups).
Orchestrate integrated “One Lenovo” portfolio motions across IDG, ISG, and SSG.
Act as executive sponsor for top distributors/retailers; lead EBRs/QBRs, joint business plans, and multi‑year partner roadmaps.
Operationalize WW commercial frameworks across EMEA, balancing growth, profitability, and operational simplicity with approved local specifics.
Accelerate Lenovo 360 adoption; enable partner transformation to services/solutions (e.g., TruScale, Managed Services) and AI‑led offerings (AI PCs, Edge, Hybrid AI); scale enablement communities and bootcamps.
Lead cross‑functional and cross‑BU alignment (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tax); ensure consistent execution and partner experience.
Deliver market and competitive intelligence; anticipate channel disruption (e‑commerce, DTC coexistence, platformization) and develop inclusive, high‑performing teams.
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Extensive senior leadership experience within EMEA IT distribution and/or retail ecosystems, including multi‑country GTM ownership.
Strong commercial mastery of rebates, pricing, incentives, and margin models, with proven P&L accountability.
Deep channel knowledge across PCs, data center, and services/solutions, including sell‑in/sell‑out mechanics and attach models.
Proven success leading complex matrix organizations and influencing at C‑level across geographies and functions.
Demonstrated track record in partner transformation—solutions & services (e.g., TruScale, Managed Services) and AI‑led offerings (AI PCs, Edge, Hybrid AI).
Languages: Excellent English (written and spoken) required; additional EMEA language(s) are a plus.
Strategic, analytical, and execution‑focused leader who role‑models inclusive leadership, accountability, and talent development.
