• Define vehicle functions and E/E system architecture
• Vehicle Electrical / Electronic schematic definition and creation
• Manage handshake to Autonomous Driving Division (Architecture, E/E, SW, OS,..)
• Manage handshake to FMC vehicle production/ manufacturing
• Reporting /communication / press information to VP and other board members
• Risk management and all FMC relevant impacts (incl. fall back solutions)
• Manage own division belongings in order to achive all targets (budget, recruiting, organisation, international synchronisation, cost targets, timeline, deliverables, … )
• Functional specifications and module assignment
• Energy Management
• E/E system coordination & integration
• Network communication
• Chassis
• Powertrain

• Knowledge and skills- Vehicle Systems development, negotiation, managed a business unit
• Education and training - Masters, PhD, or comparable
• Competencies - Systems knowledge, networking, self organization, motivation
