Your Role::
• Independently lead the overall digital marketing and user acquisition strategy and drive new user growth with strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and revenue impact
• Own channel mix decisions across Google App Campaigns (UAC), Meta, and other paid channels
• Define and lead creative strategy in partnership with internal creative teams and agencies
• Build structured experimentation frameworks across audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, and funnel stages
• Work closely with Product, Analytics, and Customer Service teams to improve conversion, onboarding, retention, and monetization
• Leverage MMP tools (Appsflyer) for attribution, fraud monitoring, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with CRM teams using CleverTap (or similar tools) to design lifecycle journeys and re-engagement campaigns
• Build dashboards, performance reporting systems, and executive-level reviews
• Hire, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team.

Qualifiers::
• 8–12+ Years experience in performance marketing for app-based businesses
• Proven experience managing seven figure annual marketing spends
• Strong expertise in Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Meta Ads (App Install + Conversion campaigns), Appsflyer, CleverTap, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in high-growth consumer tech / fintech / D2C apps
