DNSFilter is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on, outcome-driven Director of Demand Generation to own a marketing-sourced pipeline and help fuel our next stage of growth. This role reports directly to the CMO and carries direct accountability for pipeline creation from Marketing. You’ll work across GTM (Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Partners, Account Management) to ensure every campaign, channel, and dollar spent drives measurable impact. We are ideally seeking someone who has direct experience in Cybersecurity, but are open to marketers who have experience in SaaS!

This is not a strategy-only role. Our Demand Generation function exists solely to generate pipeline that Sales can ultimately action and WIN. We’re building a lean, high-performance marketing engine. You must be someone who rolls up your sleeves, gets into the tools, ships campaigns, analyzes results daily, and continuously optimizes. You’ll have direct reports, but you are expected to lead from the front.

Qualified candidates are able to use Asana (work scheduling system) and update a PMO, and are able to flex when needed. Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up, and can work full-time ET hours.

Is marketing generating pipeline — and how do we make it better?

At DNSFilter, You Will:

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and campaign performance end-to-end

• Build, launch, measure, and optimize demand programs across:

• Paid media

• Website and conversion paths

• Email and lifecycle

• Content syndication

• Field and partner campaigns

• Constantly evaluate:

• What’s working?

• What’s not?

• Why?

• What needs to change — now?

• Partner deeply with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure tight GTM alignment

• Lead and coach the Campaigns Marketing Manager

• Manage and drive outcomes with our paid media agency

• Guide our web/digital lead and marketing operations personnel to improve conversion, attribution, and velocity

• Build forecasting models and dashboards to track pipeline, ROI, and funnel performance

• Optimize budgets aggressively based on performance, not assumptions

• Turn data into action — fast

This role blends creative execution + analytical rigor + GTM collaboration. You will be expected to move quickly, experiment intelligently, and drive continuous improvement.

We’re looking for experienced builders and doers, not observers.

To qualify for this role, You Have:

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing roles

• Proven ownership of meaningful pipeline targets

• Deep hands-on experience running multi-channel demand programs

• Strong analytical skills — you know how to diagnose funnel issues and fix them

• Experience working tightly with Sales and RevOps in a GTM environment

• Comfort operating in lean teams where everyone executes

• A bias toward action and accountability

• Experience managing agencies and small internal teams

• Strong operational discipline with creative instincts

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast change

• Ability to work ET hours

DNSFilter is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is an opportunity to advance your compensation based on performance over time. The hiring base pay is dependent on several factors, including level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic location. As a hybrid company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets. Our Talent Team can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

$170,000—$200,000 USD
