Responsible for the adequate management of the Human Resources areas in the

site, implementation of the People Strategy at local level, relationship with labor

authorities, union, and local Universities/technical schools, work environment and

strategic business partner of the leadership team on site.

• Business Administration, Psychology or relevant bachelor for Human Resources
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and related regulations and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Change Management, Problem Solving and Conflicts Management
• Organizes, develops and utilizes internal networks and teams through whole organization to facilitate performance.
• Translate strategic goals into specific programs that integrate multiple disciplines to achieve overall strategic objectives.
• Establishes an environment that demonstrates legal, ethical, and socially responsive behavior.
• Able to adapt, flexible, self-motivated, self-starter.
• English language advanced
