• Develop and execute compensation strategies that support business objectives
• Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven solutions.
• Lead market benchmarking to ensure pay is competitive both internally and externally. If any gaps are identified, recommended enhancements to programs.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on compensation related matters, including new hires, promotions and retention.
• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent required
• Master's Degree or Equivalent preferred
• Minimum 15 years experience
