Director Commercial Solutions (m/f/d)

What are your main tasks?
Ensure operation of "Commercial Solutions" (IT Applications and staff) at competitve cost, increase value-add of "Commerical solutions" for respective business functions
Ensure smooth, efficient and cost competitive daily operations of "Commercial Solutions"
Collect, analyse, consolidate and prioritise needs of respective functions/regions and derive/initialise projects/programms in accordance with overall strategy and priorities
Establish and regurlary update consolidated roadmap, ensure efficient and effective execution of the projects
Analyse inefficiencies of processes (i.e. tools), drive reduction of manual system interfaces and improvement of the processes through improvement of existing tools or implementation of new tools (end to end)
Establish and ensure governance (establish standards, conduct trainings), ensure 1st level support and drive master data quality
Scout for suitable tools and technologies to drive automation, reduce cost and increase value
What are your qualifications?
Successfully completed degree in Information & Communication technologies, Business economics or similiar
Deep understanding of the end to end processes of the respective functions: P2S, S2P, R2R, L2C
Skills in SAP reporting & planning applications
Disciplinary and functional leadership experience of a multicultural team
Fluent English language skills
Analytical and intercultural skills
Relevant experience in leading global projects
ITIL and PM certifications are an advantage
Negotiation skills in relationship with business functions
