We partner with K-12 school districts, private universities, and higher education systems to manage and optimize their built environments - allowing administrators and leadership teams to focus on academic outcomes while we ensure operational excellence. The emphasis is on multi-year, bundled solutions that include:

• Custodial / janitorial services.
• Facilities maintenance (preventative & reactive).
• HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems support.
• Grounds and exterior services.
• Facilities management (FM) and staffing models.
• Energy management and sustainability programs.
• Capital planning support and asset lifecycle management.

Details

• Own full‑cycle business development for integrated facility services within the education sector.
• Build and manage a pipeline of complex, multi‑site opportunities across school districts and campus environments.
• Identify and target key accounts across K‑12, private universities, and higher education systems.
• Lead consultative discovery processes, aligning solutions to institutional priorities such as budget constraints, deferred maintenance, and campus standards.
• Navigate multi‑stakeholder environments, engaging finance leaders, facilities teams, procurement, and governance bodies.
• Structure and position integrated service models that balance operational effectiveness, cost efficiency, and long‑term performance.
• Partner with internal teams to design, price, and structure solutions aligned to client needs.
• Lead RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations within both public and private sector procurement environments.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools.
• Deliver against revenue, margin, and long‑term contract value objectives.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You bring a strong combination of commercial acumen and operational understanding, with the ability to navigate complex environments and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• 7–10+ years of experience in solution‑based selling within facility services, outsourcing, or managed services.
• Direct experience working with K‑12 school districts and/or higher education institutions.
• A proven track record of closing large, multi‑year contracts (typically $1M+ annually).
• Strong understanding of integrated facility management models, including bundled service delivery across technical and soft services.
• Experience navigating procurement‑driven environments and formal RFP processes.
• The ability to translate operational solutions into clear financial and institutional value.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with executive‑level and operational stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach, working cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams.
• A degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to travel based on client needs (approximately 60–70%).

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Be part of an industry that's more important than ever!
• Award winning safety culture.
• Be part of a growing organization with a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence.
• Competitive compensation and benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, vision, paid time off.
• Fully Remote work model.
