Summary

This role seeks a strategic, results-driven professional to bridge business architecture principles with advanced data science and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker and a collaborative leader skilled at translating strategic vision into scalable, data-driven solutions. This role requires balancing technical depth with customer empathy to guide cross-functional partners through complex, ambiguous challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Business Architecture & Strategy:

Drive Enterprise Strategy and Alignment, articulating innovative approaches to align business goals with technology solutions.

Utilize Business Architecture Frameworks to perform Process Reengineering and Optimization.

Define and implement robust Technology Integration Strategies and lead Change Management initiatives.

Effectively manage Stakeholder Engagement, fostering Cross-Functional Collaboration and providing strategic direction.

Guide Strategic Planning and Execution while ensuring high-quality, detail-oriented and results-driven execution including program management where needed.

Data Science & AI Enablement:

Lead strategic forecasting initiatives, enabling revenue and client planning through scalable, AI-driven solutions.

Direct the technical transformation of forecasting and analytics systems to inform business decisions.

Evangelize the use of GenAI by developing tools and agents that improve forecast accuracy, boost coding productivity, and enhance team workflows.

Effective communication with customers and partners converting data and information into relevant summaries and actions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in supply chain with focus on demand forecasting.

10+ years of experience in business architecture, customer-facing leadership, or related data science/analytics leadership roles.

MBA or equivalent business degree and a background in a quantitative field such as, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related science discipline Proven success in driving strategic initiatives and a track record of delivering business-critical forecasting, analytics, and automation.

Highly aligned with organizational values, passionate about driving business transformation, and motivated to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

Experience  in modeling and analysis: forecasting, time series, NLP, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and experimentation.

Experience with coding (R, SQL, Python) and/or other query tools (Hyperion), cloud computing and GenAI tools (ChatGPT).

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills to deliver technical documentation and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
