Director AI Governance (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You define and operationalize AI governance frameworks across policy, risk, security, oversight, and accountability for generative AI, machine learning, and agentic AI use cases.
• You advise clients on how to scale AI across functions without creating unmanaged security, privacy, compliance, or reputational risk.
• You design practical guardrails for AI adoption, including use-case classification, review processes, control gates, human oversight, monitoring, and escalation paths.
• You shape governance for agentic AI and autonomous workflows by defining approval thresholds, delegation boundaries, intervention rules, and auditability requirements.
• You work closely with senior client stakeholders across business, legal, IT, security, data, and product teams to align governance with business value and delivery speed.
• You translate regulatory and industry requirements into actionable policies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
• You lead governance boards, risk reviews, and cross-functional decision forums for high-impact AI initiatives.
• You help develop OMMAX’s AI governance and responsible AI offering further, contributing to client development, thought leadership, and senior-level growth discussions.

What we require::
• You have 8+ years of experience in AI governance, technology risk, cybersecurity, data governance, model risk, privacy, or a closely related field, including meaningful leadership exposure.
• You understand key AI risk domains, including security, privacy, bias, explainability, third-party risk, model lifecycle controls, and human oversight.
• You have experience designing governance policies, control frameworks, and operating models for enterprise AI environments.
• You can bridge strategic, regulatory, and technical topics and turn complex governance questions into pragmatic business decisions.
• You communicate clearly with executive, legal, technical, and operational stakeholders and build trust across functions.
• You bring a structured, commercially minded, and hands-on working style.
• You are fluent in English.
