Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Direct Team Manager to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives both In-House and Field Based. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience of promoting company services and of leading teams within a fast-paced environment, preferably within a financial services institution. Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and energize a team of Client Relationship Representatives—ensuring alignment, engagement, and accountability across both field-based and in-house staff; Champion a high standard of service, resolving escalated client concerns with professionalism and care; Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback, training, and development opportunities; Oversee scheduling, time management, and activity tracking to keep operations running smoothly; Foster a collaborative, supportive, and purpose-driven environment that motivates your team to thrive. Act as a key link between client-facing teams and internal departments (such as Product, Operations, or Compliance) to ensure a seamless client journey and continuous service improvement.

Requirements: Over 7 years of success driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing complex client portfolios in fast-paced environments—preferably within financial services. Deep understanding of financial products and services, paired with excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and promotional skills. Comfortable with CRM systems and digital workflows, with a strong interest in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and client engagement. Experience leading teams and coordinating business development initiatives in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments. Fluent in Croatian and Business level English, with top-tier interpersonal and organizational skills.
