Guide the Journey: Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and participation in engaging activities.
Break Barriers: Advocate for inclusion and accessibility in the community.
Forge Connections: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and partners to build a supportive network for our clients.
Document Success: Accurately track services and consumer files using company-provided tablets and software.
Your Superpowers (Qualifications)
We are looking for individuals who pair a "big heart" with professional excellence.
Educational & Experience Tracks:
Track A: Bachelor’s Degree (Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts).
Track B: Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.
Track C: High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of relevant experience.
Plus: Minimum of 3 years in General Education or Tutoring.
Technical & Professional Skills:
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
Communication: Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Compliance: Ability to pass a Federal, State, and County Background Check and Drug Screen.
Mobility: Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proper insurance coverage.
