About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) fluent in Vietnamese and English to join our team. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English and a passion for empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support to individuals in areas such as personal care, communication, and community engagement.

Facilitate skill development and promote independence

Support individuals in recreational, educational, and sporting activities.

Communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English in support individuals

Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing and dressing.

Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports as required

Requirements

Fluency in Vietnamese and English required

CPR/First Aid certification

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Clearance of background check

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience

Qualifications & Skills

Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
