Shift Details: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)
Shift: AM, PM, and Overnight (Varies by consumer need)
Hours: Start and end times vary depending on the specific position and consumer needs.
Days: Availability needs will be discussed during the interview based on current openings.
Core Responsibilities: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)
Personal Care: Assist consumers with daily routines, including transfers, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Home Support: Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
Community Help: Provide transportation to appointments or errands within the Lafayette area.
Daily Documentation: Keep accurate logs of care provided and report any health changes.
Requirements: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)
