Job Description

Epic Health Partners, LLC is expanding our team and seeking dedicated part‑time and PRN Recovery Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a structured, residential setting for substance use recovery.

We are hiring part‑time and PRN DSPs to provide flexible coverage for open shifts, call‑outs, weekends, holidays, and periods of increased program need. Hours may vary from week to week depending on staffing needs and your availability.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor residents to ensure participation in daily routines and adherence to house rules

Encourage and redirect individuals to promote engagement and accountability

Support and observe the administration of medication

Promote a positive, safe, and recovery-focused environment
Assist with recreational and community-based activities

Document shift activities and maintain clear communication logs

Report behavioral or health concerns to supervisors

Support meal planning and preparation

Perform health and safety checks

Maintain the cleanliness of shared program spaces

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain – BLS not accepted)

Experience in substance use recovery, mental health, or human services (preferred)

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Current TB screening clearance

Strong communication, consistency, and interpersonal skills
