Job Description

MedStaffers is hiring a reliable and compassionate Direct Care Worker to provide in home support for an individual in the Punxsutawney area. This is a steady, full-time daylight position making a meaningful difference in someone's daily life.

$13. per hour

Weekly Pay

Holiday Pay

Daylight Hours 45 Hours per week

Opportunity for Additional Hours

Job Duties

Assist with mobility using walker and wheelchair

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Provide companionship and supervision for safety

Must be comfortable working in a home with a dog

Qualifcations

18 years old

Caring, dependable, and patient

Experience preferred but NOT required

Reliable transportation

New hires may be eligible for a $300 training stipend provided through the PA Homecare Association, of which MedStaffers is a proud member. New employees must complete required training hours and 40 hours of scheduled shifts to qualify.
