The role acts as the primary touchpoint for Commercial performance in the given territory.

The role provides strategic guidance to property leadership teams, ensuring each property executes a successful commercial strategy.

The role develops commercial talent within the region, and drives a culture of performance and collaboration amongst property and regional teams.

• Background in commercial with the ability to craft compelling value propositions, customer acquisition strategies and brand positioning.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Revenue & Loyalty concepts.
• Strong understanding of market influences, and impacts on supply and demand.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

Knowledge and Experience

• Master Degree or equivalent is of advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing Communications/Public Relation or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
