Role Description:

From day one, you will be working in real-life client environments, helping companies in the financial services industry achieve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation, cloud technology, and solutions within the core banking space.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in critical phases of customer projects from the very beginning, solving challenges based on your area of expertise.
• Ensure the successful implementation and seamless integration of SAP Fioneer solutions into the existing infrastructure of banks and insurers.
• Act as a key contributor in the initial implementation and ongoing enhancement of platforms and vertical modules such as Transaction Banking, Payments, Commercial Banking, and more.
• Support our customers in their journey to the cloud and the transition to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring scalable and future-ready architectures.
• Participate in global S/4HANA transformation programs for some of the world’s largest and most influential financial institutions.
• Steer and manage various S/4HANA transition engagements in close collaboration with the Fioneer team, taking ownership of delivery quality and alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor/Masters Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience successfully implementing digital transformation projects, experience within FSI markets is a plus
• SAP expertise is not mandatory
• Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer
• Demonstrated ability to work well in teams, with positive interactions with colleagues and customers while solving complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
