Established to provide a versatile network of products, systems and expertise, the areas Doka Middle East & Africa and Doka Asia Pacific (APAC) support some of the world’s fastest growing economies. This positions Doka as a strong partner for a wide range of projects, from major infrastructure such as metro systems, bridges and tunnels to cost efficient housing developments. Headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Doka MEA and APAC Area teams serve as the central hubs for key functions across the regions and act as links to our headquarters in Austria.  
This position will be based in India and report to the Head of Operations MEA based in Dubai as well as the Operations Manager East Asia & Pacific based in Kuala Lumpur.

We are creating a new role to lead the digital transformation across our Areas Middle East & Africa and East Asia Pacific. In this position, you will work closely with business units to understand operational needs and translate them into sustainable, value-driven digital solutions. 
As a trusted partner to stakeholders at all levels, you will drive initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making. You will help embed technologies such as AI-enabled applications, business process automation, and data-driven tools across the organisation.

Digital Strategy Execution & Expansion 
• Implement digital roadmap as per company’s digital strategy
• Drive adaption of PowerBI dashboards, predictive analyses and data visualisation across departments 
AI & Automation 
• Identify & drive automation initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and governance, using technologies such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), RPA (UiPath), and AI (LLM-based use cases) 
• Lead the design, coordination, and rollout of Power Automate flows (incl. premium connectors) to delivery improvements locally 
• Evaluate and prepare more complex RPA and AI initiatives, and coordinate their implementation with central teams in alignment with governance and technical standards 
• Support the adoption of Generative AI for everyday tasks and ensure safe, compliant, and practical usage 
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
• Build and lead a digital champions network to foster innovation and share best practices
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve process optimization, low-code automation, and AI literacy across teams  
• Act as a bridge between business units and HQ, aligning on priorities, governance, and technical feasibility 
Governance & Compliance 
• Establish KPIs for digital initiatives (e.g., number of new dashboards, % of employees trained on LLM) 
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards as per company policy 
Continuous Improvement 
• Monitor performance of AI and automation solutions, optimize workflows, and scale successful use cases regionally 
Education 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
• Ideally certifications in AI ethics, process automation, or data analytics 
Experience 
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or automation initiatives
• Proven track record in identifying, prioritizing, and delivering digital use cases with measurable business impact  
• Experience working in cross-functional environments, translating business needs into practical solutions  
• Hands-on experience with low-code tools (e.g. Power Platform) is an advantage 
Technical Skills 
• Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)  
• Understanding of automation technologies (RPA, AI/LLM) and their application in business context
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL) is a plus

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability 
• Ability to manage change and facilitate training and workshops
