Location: Office‑based with occasional cross‑site collaboration

The Digital Transformation Intern helps turn business priorities into practical digital outcomes. The role focuses on improving workflows, documentation, and adoption of automation and responsible AI tools. The intern supports enterprise projects by bringing structure, clarity, and disciplined follow‑through.
Key Responsibilities
Document as‑is and to‑be workflows, identify gaps, and convert findings into clear requirement notes and process maps.
Maintain project hygiene: trackers, action logs, RAID logs, decision registers, and meeting minutes.
Support creation of AI‑enabled workflows such as prompt libraries, templates, summaries, and structured outputs.
Help improve enterprise knowledge organisation—naming conventions, metadata, version control, and document hygiene.
Assist in low‑code automation prototypes (forms, approvals, notifications) where permitted.
Contribute to value tracking by capturing baseline effort, time savings, and preparing simple dashboards or weekly summaries.
Support change adoption through user guides, playbooks, and short training materials.
Core Deliverables
Requirement notes, workflow maps, prompt packs, standard templates, and clean project trackers.
Progress summaries that show clarity, auditability, and alignment with business value—not just technical novelty.
Required Competencies
Strong structured thinking, clear writing, and disciplined follow‑through.
Ability to break down ambiguous tasks into actionable steps.
High‑trust handling of internal information and sensitive documents.
Comfort with modern digital tools: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel/Sheets, basic datasets, and AI‑assisted productivity tools.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Basic process mapping (BPMN, swim lanes)
Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier)
Understanding of APIs, RAG concepts, and evaluation methods
Familiarity with maritime or regulated operational environments
Success Measures
Improved project clarity and reduced administrative friction
High‑quality workflow documentation
Adoption‑ready templates and prompt packs
Positive feedback from stakeholders on clarity and usefulness
Cycle‑time reduction in routine processes
Candidate Profile
Ideal for final‑year students or early‑career professionals in digital transformation, business analytics, operations, information systems, or similar fields. Candidates should be fast learners, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in structured environments.
